Bull Rock (Tech Duinn), Beara Peninsula, County Cork, Munster
Donn, the Dark One, is the Irish lord of the dead and one of the Milesian ancestors of the Gaels. His dwelling, Tech Duinn or the House of Donn, is identified with Bull Rock off Dursey Island, a sea stack pierced by a natural tunnel like a portal to another world. Folklore describes him as a phantom horseman riding across the Atlantic before storms.
